Empty Shop is an innovative project that consists of filling an empty story with donated clothes. The project saw the light in Brasil, where people were looking for new ways to collect clothing donations.

The Empty Shop is a store where you bring your clothes instead of buying them. Donations are turned into ‘fashion looks’ that fill up the space during the day.

At night, the store is emptied out so it can be refilled in the morning with fresh donations. All the clothes are given to charities.

The architectural design, the visuals and the communication campaign are all freely available so that others can take up this project and spread the ‘empty’ idea.
