With Lara and Matt Fells holding the reigns, St. Agni is a true family business. The sibling-founders are mad about minimalist, timeless and high-quality garments that are comfy to wear and have an authentic design. They apply their ‘less is more’ philosophy both to their handmade leather shoes and to their women’s wear.

Lara and Matt’s leather items are handmade in small batches in a workshop in Java, where some fifty craftsmen work in good conditions. The leather St. Agni uses is locally sourced. The brand produces garments as well, made from various natural materials such as 100% ramie (made from stinging nettle), linen and organic cotton.

The brand tries to reduce its ecological footprint by steering clear of overproduction and shipping its products in reusable bags.
