Ray Musgo

Spanish footwear brand Ray Musgo takes the green road by investing in three pillars: sustainable materials, a sustainable production process and exceptional comfort. The label has a soft spot for natural tanning techniques (banning the use of chromium) and nickel-free buckles, so Ray Musgo fans with allergies have nothing to worry about. The brand also opts for biodegradable insoles made from corn and ketaf fibres (ketaf being a fast-growing plant of the hibiscus family) and for outsoles made from recycled materials.

Ray Musgo is all about local production – every pair is handmade in Spain, in an ethical work environment – to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from transportation.

Finally, the brand is synonymous with durable and comfortable footwear. The shoes have anti-fatigue cushioning that makes you feel like walking on air; most models feature removable antibacterial insoles; and the outsoles are built to last. Thanks to their asymmetrical and relatively wide toe box, Ray Musgo shoes fit like – well – a glove.
