Fit analytics

With Fit Finder, the German company Fit Analytics offers a solution to help customers find the right size clothes and shoes. The technology uses machine learning, customer input (via a short survey), sales and return data, and a dataset of body scans. The process consists of three steps. First, Fit Finder asks the shopper some questions. Then the tool puts an advanced machine learning framework to work to compare the shopper’s information to that of similar consumers. Finally, the shopper gets personalized advice, both in terms of size and fit. Fit Analytics reports a 2 to 4% reduction in returns for webshops working with Fit Finder.
