Make sure you know exactly how your product is made, from beginning to end. Go through all the steps, which are also listed on the homepage of this website, and ask yourself if you have the necessary information for each and every phase.

For instance, you use cotton for your T-shirts, but do you know the circumstances in which it was grown and manufactured? Do you have any idea how the labels in your clothes are shipped? How many miles does your skirt travel, from plantation to customer? Does your manufacturer pay his employees a fair wage? And what are the options for a customer who wants to get rid of your product after use?
